NYMPHAEA (water lily)

Amidst the muddled and chaotic situation in the pond, the lilies sits gracefully and beautifully. The sun shines and the wind blows, it blooms and it languishes, the season changes but its beauty remains.

Nymphaea is a painting that captures my student life in Oxford. I came to Oxford to study fine art in 2019 and that whole experience completely changed my life— It was a challenging endeavour but through it I was able to see life as well as my craft in a different perspective, allowing me to flourish and grow in many ways.

MINIS series is a collection of paintings that represents my journey as an artist. Through this series, I aim to document fragments of time and memoirs of places that contributed to who I am today.

This includes a watercolor study and a poem I wrote.
